I'm surprised the recipe called for the paella to be baked! I believe the flavor is much more pleasing (and no so dried out) when cooked over a fire (wood, charcoal, bbq grill, or even the good old stovetop). I love that HotPaella.com allows me to be a fanatic shopper with their incredibly low prices. Like yourself, I run to my local market for fresh seafood and veggies. But everything else (including the versatile paella pan and burner) I get from HotPaella.

I live in an old apartment so I have to live with my monster, water-wasting toilet but this helps out a lot. http://lifehacker.com/317592/make-your-toilet-flush-less-water

Thanks, Thomas! Things are growing right now, but we'll be posting as flowers start opening and we start cutting. Watch this space, and give us a call to see what we have surplus of to sell if you're interested.

How exciting. I have a small flower shop in Shadyside called Hens and Chicks and we are always interested in using local flowers.
