If it is on your mind to tell us about something- please share it here! We don't want it to slip through the cracks while you complete the form below.
Who can we call with details or for any logistical questions (other than the Bride or Groom)? In addition to any day of or venue coordinator, we would prefer at least one person from the Bride's entourage and one from the Groom's. This is so we can make sure that Bride is just being a bride and Groom can be a groom. We don't want to bother you with any small inquiries. Also, we will text your buffers with the day's timeline before we head your way. This is your day! Enjoy it!
Since we make each personal bouquet and boutonniere for a specific person, please let us know how to present them! We don't want Grandpa rocking your mother-in-law's wrist corsage! **History suggests that you allow us to deliver bouquets at least a half hour before the photographer is scheduled to arrive.** Example: "Deliver four wrist corsages to Room 342 of the Priory at 10:30am for Grandma Philomena, Aunt Marge, Mom Tandy, and Mom Karen. Phone #555-1212" Please do this for all bouqs, bouts, and corsages.
What time will we have access to set up the ceremony space and reception venue? Do you have a contact person at each space? If so, kindly provide their contact information for us, as well.
Please share any and every additional piece of information that you have that can help us make your day as smooth and seamless as possible! Any special access codes? Secret doors or passageways? When in doubt- type it out!
